Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to join our team. Your attention to detail and knowledge of medical office practices will contribute organization.
Duties:
-Manage Medical office
-Familiar with Medical EMR and billing software software
-Responsible for A/R, A/P, Payroll
-Credentialing
-Scheduling staff and patients
-Phones
-Ordering supplies
-Work with collection agency
-Familiar with CPT and ICD-10 coding
-Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance guidelines and reimbursement policies
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
